Your profile HES diploma in nursing or a title deemed equivalent and recognized by the Swiss Red Cross Benefit from training in health management such as a CAS postgraduate certification or any other title deemed equivalent Ability to integrate your actions into interdisciplinary support work Autonomy and sense of responsibility Ability to manage priorities, stress and time management Marked interest in the elderly, in team management and human relations. Your work Collaborate closely with the head nurse to ensure the quality of services provided to residents, respecting all processes concerning care. Ensure the replacement of the head nurse in her absence Assist the head nurse in the management of teams, ensuring that each employee adopts a posture in accordance with the institutional philosophy. Intervene if necessary to ensure optimal support. Be a privileged interlocutor for residents and their families/relatives, in order to respond to their needs and expectations. Aim for the improvement of care services in order to contribute to the analysis of actions taken by supervising practices. Multidisciplinary collaboration with all activity sectors of the EMS of the Fondation de l'Orme. Participate in the admission process for new residents.
