Tasks

• Ensuring the operation and availability of the technical systems
• Carrying out maintenance work, inspection rounds and troubleshooting
• Execution of repairs as well as smaller installation work
• Contact person for internal and external customers
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Participation in on-call service

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a heating or ventilation builder or comparable technical training
• Sound knowledge of MSRT as well as in handling building automation systems
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a commercial or industrial environment
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Well-groomed appearance, good manners and confident appearance in customer contact
• Teamwork skills and willingness to perform on-call service
• Driver's license category B (car)
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
