Thoune \| 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Lead and assume responsibility for the area of initial and continuing vocational training in automotive trades at the Thoune Army Logistics Center • Organize inter-company courses with apprentices and lead specialized continuing education courses for qualified personnel in the automotive sector • Coordinate apprentices' internships and ensure close communication with the superior, the company's trainers, and the workshop managers • Act as an interface between the training company, the apprentices, and their parents, and ensure follow-up of the apprentices (training reports, final internship interviews, etc.) • Periodically update the guidelines, instructions, and training programs, and ensure their compliance and implementation at all times • In collaboration with the person in charge of initial and continuing training, take care of recruiting apprentices and developing apprenticeship trades, as well as ensuring the necessary training means and concepts in a future-oriented perspective <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed technical apprenticeship (automotive mechatronics engineer) supplemented by continuing education (at least at the level of automotive diagnostician) as well as proven practical experience and skills. • Federal certificate of trainer or federal certificate of training manager, or willingness to pursue continuing education in this sense. • Pedagogical and methodological skills, as well as good contact with young adults • Military training desired • Oral and written mastery of a second official language <br /> In a few words Become a mentor, model, and pioneer for the next generation of automotive professionals.
