In the Heilpädagogische Schule Flawil (HPS) we promote individual strengths and create a supportive environment. With the areas of work, living and living space (Buecherwäldli) we offer training positions, suitable jobs as well as living and leisure opportunities for people who do not find employment in the first labor market. Our goal is to enable participation, development and quality of life. In a residential community in Uzwil, seven people with different disabilities, partly with challenging behavior, live. They are accompanied by a day team with ten specialists and supported by a night watch at night. For this residential community, we are looking for a Betreuungsperson 80%, as of 15. August 2026 or by agreement You can expect a diverse and exciting field of work: • Accompaniment and support of the residents in terms of independence, promotion and preservation of their abilities; • Takeover or active support in the care of the residents; • Support in life-practical areas, including mastering the common household and in leisure activities; • Completion of administrative tasks.
