In this role, you will take responsibility for the area of "potting of electronic circuits" and, together with your team, ensure high quality and efficient production processes. Your tasks

• Independent and professional execution of work in the area of potting of electronic circuits
• Performance of quality and self-checks as well as inspection of previous work steps
• Instruction of employees and passing on specialist knowledge and know-how regarding manufacturing processes
• Ensuring the functionality of the tools used as well as performing simple maintenance work
• Active contribution of ideas and implementation of measures within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Your profile

• Technical vocational training or several years of experience in an electrotechnical-mechanical environment
• Pronounced manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Practical experience in a production environment
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• High quality orientation and pronounced sense of responsibility
