Counting more than 1-300 employees, the Department of Psychiatry responds to a triple mission focusing on the treatment of mental disorders, training, and research. Thus, the department's mission is to screen and effectively treat increasingly frequent and polymorphic pathologies while respecting patients and their relatives. Organized into six services, the department offers hospital, outpatient, and community services. The adult psychiatry service intervenes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders in adults aged 18 to 65. Within outpatient and inpatient units, multidisciplinary teams ensure complete care, combining medical care, psychotherapies, and social support, in collaboration with external partners. The position is part of the Unité de Psychiatrie du Jeune Adulte (UPJA) which welcomes young people between 18 and 25 years old presenting with early-stage mental disorders. The program's mission consists mainly of evaluating and identifying mental disorders and proposing suitable early treatment in order to promote the maintenance or resumption of social and emotional ties as well as social, school, or professional activities. Job description ## In this context, you join the Unité pour jeunes adultes (UPJA) and ensure the outpatient follow-up of young adult patients. As a psychologist, you perform standardized evaluations and conduct individual and group psychotherapies adapted to the needs of patients. You support young adults with commitment by actively contributing to their care from a recovery perspective. Thanks to your clinical expertise, you participate in the evaluation of their situation and the implementation of therapeutic interventions promoting their autonomy and well-being. In close collaboration with the multidisciplinary teams of the UPJA, composed notably of psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals, you take part in clinical meetings and contribute to the development and evolution of therapeutic projects. You ensure a coordinated, coherent care process centered on the needs of patients. More broadly, you evolve in an environment that favors interprofessional collaboration, sharing of skills, and quality of care, in service of specialized and humane care for young adults. Qualifications ## Holder of a Master's in psychology (or a title deemed equivalent), it is imperative that you obtain acceptance to the MAS in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy for the 2026 academic year. You benefit from experience with young adults suffering from mental disorders as well as skills in the field of research and/or standardized evaluation of these disorders. A motivated and committed person, you appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to the collective dynamics. Interested in research and the continuous improvement of practices, you are involved in a constant process of development and updating of your skills.
