Support Technician & Trainer (m/f) To an electrical installer, we offer a very exciting and demanding position with a lot of development potential. Do you enjoy tricky, technical tasks? Do you have the perseverance and the drive to work your way deeply into a wide product range? In addition to support (hotline/e-mail) and repairs, you are responsible for a number of product groups (stoves, steam ovens, tilting appliances, induction). Through your profound specialist knowledge in these products, you will also be able to offer training for service technicians and specialist dealers over time (in the respective languages that you master). MAIN TASKS SUPPORT Help-Line (telephone, online, written) for service technicians and dealers Support for the export managers Collaboration with production and development REPAIRS Workshop repairs, overhauls and inspections of inductions and appliances In complex cases, on-site assignments at the customer's location Developing electrotechnical solutions Quality testing Customer visits for repairs/training on-site, occasionally also abroad TRAINING After thorough induction and corresponding deepening of product specialist knowledge as well as according to existing language skills Organizing, preparing and conducting in-person and online training at different levels for service technicians and dealers ADMINISTRATION Issuing repair offers Maintaining failure statistics Processing complaints Product data maintenance REQUIREMENTS Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ / automotive mechatronics technician / automation technician English skills min.
