At the Stiftung Hirsacker, currently over 60 employees work together to support 25 people in need of assistance. Social Educator (60% to 80%) «Assisted Living» These are your tasks • You shape a living culture that offers security and reliability • You develop social participation and support clients in achieving their individual goals • You are the contact person for technical questions in the team • You take on reference person work and you are responsible for cooperation with guardians as well as external specialist offices and persons • You lead projects or work actively in them This is your profile • You have a degree as a social educator FH/HF or in social work FH • You have experience in supporting people with challenging behavior, ideally also with people from the autism spectrum • You have good knowledge in the application of documentation systems • You have good oral and written German skills • You are flexible and willing to take on shifts also at night and on weekends • You ideally have a driver's license This is special about this position - we offer We are a manageable organization with short decision-making paths and an appreciative work climate.
