Oncology Nurse (m/f) - HAD

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

• Responding efficiently to specific care requirements.
• Planning, organizing and providing care that meets quality standards, in connection with the institution's charter.
• Offering personalized care
• Application of the institution's protocols and procedures

• A reference structure specialized in home care, placing particular importance on the personalization of care and close relationships,
• Care rounds within a restricted geographical area, by bicycle, car or on foot
• Continuous daytime schedule, morning, evening or split shifts.

To succeed fully in this position, you stand out through the following qualities and skills:

• You hold a nursing diploma with Red Cross Recognition ;
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse
• You have a first successful experience in an oncology service or HAD ;
• You have good knowledge concerning the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network ;
• You are organized, flexible and adaptable ;
• You are comfortable with IT tools ;
• You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable on a bicycle ;
• Autonomous management of an emergency situation does not scare you, you are master of your emotions ;
• You know how to demonstrate great interpersonal ease and discretion; Your criminal record is clean.
