Construction Manager for structural engineering projects (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company from the construction industry, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Construction Manager for structural engineering projects (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement. You will manage structural engineering projects directly on the construction site and ensure well-organized processes. In doing so, you will keep an eye on project progress, costs, and execution quality.

Tasks

• Independent management and organization of structural engineering construction sites
• Coordination of personnel, material, deadlines, and workflows
• Control of the services performed as well as preparation of measurements and invoices
• Ensuring agreed quality standards and legal requirements
• Regular preparation of the most important project information for the responsible management

Profile

• Basic construction technical training with further education, for example as a Construction Manager, Technician HF, or Civil Engineer FH
• Experience in the management and organization of construction projects
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good user knowledge in common IT and construction administration programs
• Entrepreneurial thinking and confidence in dealing with customers and employees
• Structured, precise, and responsible way of working
• Team-oriented and resilient personality with natural assertiveness
