Your tasks

• As a Workplace Engineer, you actively drive the further development of our digital working environment and ensure the smooth operation of modern workplace solutions.
• You optimize IT security in close cooperation with our cybersecurity team.
• Installation and configuration of desktop virtualization solutions are part of your daily tasks.
• You automate processes using PowerShell and thus increase efficiency.- Planning and implementation of hardware and software rollouts.
• You take over 2nd/3rd level support in the client area and actively participate in projects and sub-projects.

Your profile

• You have completed IT training (FH/HF or equivalent).
• You bring at least five years of experience in larger IT environments with a focus on client management.
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft group policies (MDM/GPO) as well as good knowledge of Azure and Intune distinguish you.
• You have experience with SCCM/MEMCM as well as in the installation and administration of virtualization solutions, ideally VMware vSphere.
• Very good PowerShell scripting skills and solid know-how in the ITSM environment round off your professional profile.
• You have very good German skills (C1) and work in a customer-, process-, and solution-oriented manner; Microsoft Windows certifications are an advantage.
