Construction Manager: Civil Engineering and Demolition

What you will move with us

• Management of construction sites in the areas of civil engineering, demolition, earthworks, and utility construction
• Responsibility for AVOR, construction site organization, and construction site management
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and occupational safety
• Preparation of construction accounts as well as processing of offers
• Contact person for clients, planners, authorities, and internal departments
• Leadership and supervision of the construction site team

What you bring with you

• Experience in construction management, ideally in civil engineering, demolition, earthworks, or utility construction
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense for quality, costs, and deadlines
• Communicative, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Good IT skills, ideally in SORBA and MS Office
• Driver's license Cat. B
