Your Mission ----------------- * Advise our clients in a global and needs-oriented manner, helping them optimize their financial situation and actively recommending the corresponding banking products and services. * Solicit and collaborate with internal services (legal, tax, compliance, credit, investment expert, etc.) and/or external ones depending on the client's needs in order to define an investment strategy and offer investment, financing, and wealth structuring solutions adapted to the client's needs and in compliance with the Bank's commercial policy. * Maintain and ensure the follow-up of the commercial relationship, through regular contact with clients (telephone, visits, events, etc.) in order to keep them informed of the evolution of their assets, financial and tax news, to build loyalty with the aim of accompanying them throughout their lives and thus creating development opportunities and sustaining the relationship. * Ensure compliance and documentation of the client relationship (KYC, AML, MIFID, etc.), and transactions (KYT) in accordance with the Bank's procedures in order to respect regulations and preserve the good reputation of the Bank. * Develop the existing customer base, identify opportunities for entering into relationships and developing the customer base in order to acquire new clients and take charge of prospects who approach the Bank in order to establish a commercial relationship * You encourage collaboration within the bank by developing and transferring your clients to other segments and by calling upon specialists. * Keep informed of current events (economic, tax, etc.) and regulations in order to have adequate knowledge to meet client needs and advise them appropriately. Your Profile ---------------- With the benefit of a solid banking education (university, higher school or CFC) ideally supplemented by an SAQ CWMA certification, you have proven experience in wealth management and are able to identify and prospect new clients through your entrepreneurial spirit and your knowledge of the Genevan socio-economic fabric. You possess great interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, a good spirit of initiative, and a developed sense of responsibility. You are a positive and communicative person who places great importance on teamwork. A native French speaker, you also have very good knowledge of English (B2).
