Our client is looking for a Logistics Team Leader to lead the operations of a European distribution center and guarantee a high level of logistical performance. You will supervise teams, optimize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in order to ensure quality service to customers.

Missions
Supervise all logistical operations: reception, storage, order preparation, shipping, and e-commerce flow management.
Guarantee the processing and shipping of orders within the specified deadlines while ensuring cost optimization.
Deploy continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, systems, and warehouse organization.
Collaborate with business teams to develop and improve B2B and e-commerce logistical solutions.
Supervise, support, and develop an operational team by promoting a culture of performance and responsibility.
Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Participate in logistical projects and lead process re-engineering initiatives.
Contribute to the training and development of employees, including apprentices.
Work in close collaboration with other team leaders to improve the overall productivity of the site.
Candidate Profile
You match the following profile:
Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
Significant experience of at least 5 years in warehouse management, distribution centers, or complex logistical operations in Switzerland.
Good mastery of warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP environments.
Confirmed experience in team management.
Solid skills in process optimization and logistical flow organization.
English B2, fluency in French or German.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer orientation, stress resistance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to evolve in a cross-functional and constantly changing environment.
