Position: Baker for oriental baked goods, 100 %

Tasks:

Production of oriental and Turkish baked goods such as Somun, Pide, flatbread and Lavaş
Production and processing of various bread and yeast doughs
Shaping, preparing and baking the products
Operation of ovens and bakery machines
Preparation of daily production
Compliance with hygiene and quality regulations
Requirements:

Several years of professional experience as a baker or in bakery production
Good knowledge in the production and processing of bread and yeast doughs
Experience with oriental or Turkish baked goods is an advantage
Independent and reliable way of working
Willingness to work early hours
Ability to work in a team and physical resilience
