Employee / Career Changer in Fireplace, Stove, or Chimney Construction 80-100%

Füürparadies GmbH has been planning and realizing fireplace systems, wood-burning stoves, chimney construction, and renovations in the Northwest Switzerland region for over 30 years. In doing so, we do not simply create fire places, but places full of warmth, atmosphere, and living quality, and we do this with convinced passion.

As a small family team, we attach great importance to your proactive involvement, mutual support, and precise working. Career changers from related construction professions with more than 5 years of work experience are very welcome. We are happy to accompany your career change in a tandem system for optimal work induction.

Depending on work experience, we are looking for a female or male colleague for the following activities:

• Assembly of wood-burning stoves
• Construction of fireplace systems
• Chimney construction and chimney renovations
• Service and maintenance work
• Preparation and follow-up of assembly work
• Work in new constructions and renovations as well as in occupied properties
• Assistance with warehouse, material management, and other operational activities

You have:

• Work experience as a stove, fireplace, or tiled stove builder or a potter (Advantageous)
• or more than 5 years of work experience in related construction industries as a mason, plasterer, tile setter, roofer, chimney sweep, or related manual trades
• Experience with working on roofs and in occupied properties (Advantageous)
• German language skills oral/written from level B1
• Driver's license Cat. B

We are looking for someone who likes to think ahead, takes responsibility, wants to learn new things, and sees themselves as an important long-term part of a small team. Experience with working in occupied properties is particularly advantageous for career changers.

The activity is very varied and is also suitable for experienced craftsmen who consciously want to move from a more monotonous working environment into a versatile niche industry.
