Your tasks:

• Holistic responsibility for timely, quality-compliant, and cost-effective production in the assembly area as well as control of the required capacities and resources
• Technical and personnel leadership, development, and demand-oriented deployment of employees within the area of responsibility
• Ensuring stable and standardized production processes as well as compliance with defined quality, process, and occupational safety specifications
• Systematic analysis and continuous optimization of production processes with regard to quality, productivity, lead time, and process stability
• Ensuring the demand-oriented availability of systems, fixtures, tools, and aids as well as an orderly material flow
• Building up and further developing the skills and flexibility of employees as well as ensuring the required training and qualifications
• Controlling the area of responsibility based on relevant production key figures as well as initiating and implementing suitable measures in case of deviations
• Active participation in investments as well as management and coordination of improvement projects within and beyond one's own area of responsibility

Your profile:

• Completed technical or manual vocational training, ideally with further training in the field of production, process, or leadership
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment as well as experience in the technical and/or personnel leadership of employees
• Good technical understanding and strong process thinking as well as experience in handling production key figures
• Ability to systematically analyze production processes, recognize improvement potential, and implement measures sustainably
• Strong awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Leadership personality with initiative, assertiveness, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good user knowledge in ERP and MS-Office systems
