We are looking for a lawyer 50% for the Administrative Measures sector In a bilingual environment, you will process requests, mainly in German. Tasks: • Make decisions on measures according to the Road Traffic Act (SVG) • Review rulings and correspondence • Draft complex writings, rulings, and complaints • Collaborate on various legal matters • Proofread translated texts regarding legal matters • If suitable and interested, hold lectures as part of our internal and external prevention campaigns Requirements profile: You have completed comprehensive legal training, are fluent in German, and can express yourself well in French. You are very familiar with common computer programs and have good knowledge of the Road Traffic Act (SVG). If you are also outgoing, resilient, and flexible, we would like to get to know you.
