Reporting to the head of the back-office unit and in collaboration with the existing team, the job holder will be responsible for:
Organizing, coordinating, steering, and supervising the implementation and deployment of projects (parameterization, integration, testing, etc.) and contributing to evaluating the impact and changes on business processes and organization generated by new developments;
Supporting business managers in defining their evolution needs, contributing to establishing functional specifications, the technological design of solutions, and the writing of specifications;
Ensuring the proper functioning and technical support of the back-office unit's applications (operations, support, and advice) and being proactive in order to allow for increasingly efficient and proactive operations;
Defining, proposing, and managing the evolution and maintenance of these applications by integrating editor evolution plans, technological evolutions, and business requirements;
Ensuring compliance with commitments (SLA) relating to the solutions for the areas covered by the unit;
Being a recognized point of contact for the Technologies Directorate with business managers, other teams of the Technologies Directorate, service and provider suppliers, and other bodies for issues related to the management and digitalization of business processes for the areas covered by the unit;
Contributing to the implementation and coordination of the Genève Aéroport ERP competence center (Oracle, SAP)
