Architect LEAD PROJECT ARCHITECT (80–100%) Jenny Architecte is an architecture firm based in Lausanne, bringing together a dynamic team of architects and real estate estimation experts. Our activity covers all phases of the project, on various programs: housing, transformations, heritage restoration, commercial developments, public establishments, restoration and real estate developments. To accompany the growth of the firm, we are looking for a: Lead Project Architect (80–100%) Your main missions: Complete management of architecture projects, from initial studies to realization. Coordination of the different stakeholders in the project (client, engineers, companies, authorities and specialized representatives). Development and monitoring of inquiry files. Development of projects in the execution phase. Architectural and technical management of construction sites. Cost control, administrative monitoring, verification of deadlines and execution quality. Your profile: HES, EPF or equivalent architect diploma. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland. Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures, SIA standards and Swiss construction practices. Confirmed experience in site management and construction management. Perfect mastery of Archicad (essential, please do not apply if this criterion is not met). Good mastery of Messerli. Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
