Plant Operator & Deputy Department Manager Food Industry (m/f/d)

To complement the team, it is looking for an independent and reliable personality as soon as possible or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Setting up, operating and monitoring production and filling systems
• Ensuring an efficient and trouble-free production process
• Troubleshooting malfunctions and performing minor maintenance work
• Carrying out and documenting quality controls
• Cleaning and maintaining the production systems as well as adhering to hygiene and safety standards
• Deputy for the Production Department Management during their absence
• Supporting the organization, coordination and leadership of the production team
• Collaborating on improvements to processes, systems and workflows

Your Profile

• Training as a Plant Operator, Food or Dairy Technologist or comparable qualification or professional experience in a similar function
• Technical understanding and interest in modern production systems
• High awareness of quality, hygiene and safety
• Good PC skills
• Good physical condition as well as a reliable, precise and independent way of working
• Team-oriented personality with leadership potential or initial leadership experience
• German: proficient
