Your tasks ##

• Leading shifts according to planning
• Implementation of customer orientation and sales standards in our branches
• Support in personnel planning, personnel management, and branch organization
• Merchandise disposition and merchandise presentation
• Cashiering activities

Your profile ##

• Professional experience in sales or a comparable industry
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Flexibility regarding working hours (MO-SA between 05:00-22:00; early and/or late shifts of approx. 9 hours each)
• Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• High motivation, commitment, and resilience
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
