Operations Services Agent (60%-100%)

We are looking for a conscientious personality as an Operations Services Agent with ambitions.

In this position, you will perform various administrative tasks. You work reliably, think ahead, question things, and are always looking for ways to improve things.

Ideally, you would like to develop professionally (and personally) in the medium term and can imagine taking on more responsibility.

Your tasks

• Processing customer inquiries and complaints – in writing and by telephone
• Careful and timely processing as well as sending of customer invoices
• Support in the efficient processing of damages and fines
• Collecting and evaluating customer feedback
• Contributing and implementing practical ideas for the continuous improvement of our processes and the customer experience

What you bring with you

• You are a curious team player who likes to get actively involved and wants to continuously develop
• You have completed vocational training
• Good German and English skills, any further language is a plus
