As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you bear the technical responsibility for the front-end easytemp ats, the recruiting software of the eplix Suite. You work hands-on and use AI agents for analysis, implementation, testing, and recurring engineering tasks, while the responsibility remains with you in the team. Good technical decisions with us require that you understand personnel leasing. You can learn the domain with us. It is important that you want to understand why their processes work the way they do before you map them. You technically lead easytemp ats together with the Tech Lead and contribute to development yourself. You decide where it matters in the long term: on architecture, code quality, and technical risks. You act as a full-stack developer, with your focus on the frontend with React and TypeScript. Essential decisions are documented by you as Architecture Decision Records, the big picture as a C4 model: the common foundation for the team, business, and AI agents. Together in the team, you design APIs and data models so that frontend and backend interface cleanly and can be developed independently. With Product and Business, you translate functional requirements into technical solutions: you question them, recognize consequences, and make trade-offs visible. We rely on Spec-Driven Development and are continuously evolving: you decompose complex tasks, provide context and precise specifications, and check code and results with the same care as human output. You think beyond the next feature, recognize structural problems early, and determine what we should improve, simplify, or rebuild. You have several years of experience with sophisticated web applications in React and TypeScript and know the decisions behind a good frontend architecture. Testing, build, and deployment are part of product development for you from the very beginning. You know the backend from your own work: you have co-designed APIs, modeled data, and assess performance and security issues across the entire stack. Modular monoliths, Domain-Driven Design, hexagonal and event-driven architectures are familiar to you. You choose the approach according to needs and context. You have already taken on technical responsibility – as a Technical Lead or as a Senior Engineer who shaped architectural decisions and advanced other engineers. You can justify decisions clearly, weigh alternatives, and provide orientation even when there is no obviously correct solution. You have already used AI in software development and know where it brings speed and where human judgment remains crucial.
