Taking responsibility – as Head of Social Pedagogy/Velowerkstatt (80%) The head ensures a structured, functional, and economically sensible process in the Velowerkstatt and the operation. It combines technical leadership with educational support and ensures that participants are stabilized, developed, and prepared for the requirements of the primary labor market through concrete work situations.
