The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees work daily for the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Scheduling, organization and coordination of MRT-, CT- and ultrasound examinations • Patient reception, education and care within the framework of the examinations • Telephone and written contact with patients and referring physicians • Sending patient orders • Work assignments in the patient secretariat of Neuroradiology • Working hours: 6:30 - 15:30 or 8 - 17 Uhr; additionally one Saturday per month from 7:30 - 14 Uhr Our benefits • Completed medical or commercial training • Professional experience in an administrative position in the hospital sector • Skill in handling complex scheduling, quick comprehension and precise work, also in hectic times • Solid PC user knowledge MS Office (Outlook, Word), RIS and/or KISIM knowledge is a plus • Very good German in word and writing, any additional foreign language is an advantage • Team-oriented and open personality with good manners We look forward to your application Stephanie Indlekofer Recruiting About USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
