In order to support its growth and the development of high-value-added projects, we are mandated to recruit a Technical Lots Project Manager, a true technical referent capable of coordinating all stakeholders and guaranteeing the excellence of technical installations throughout the project life cycle. Your missions Reporting to the project management, you ensure the coordination and management of all technical lots (CVSE) on various construction projects. In this capacity, you : • Coordinate the studies and execution of technical installations • Ensure the monitoring of specialized mandatories and technical companies • Guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality requirements • Analyze and validate the proposed technical solutions • Anticipate risks and propose appropriate corrective measures • Actively participate in coordination meetings with all stakeholders • Ensure compliance with current standards, regulations, and sustainability standards • Support the commissioning and acceptance phases of the installations Your profile • Higher education in the field of building, engineering, or building technology • Proven experience in Swiss territory in the management of technical projects within general contractors, engineering offices, clients, or construction companies • Solid knowledge of CVSE installations • Excellent coordination and interface management skills • Sense of organization, autonomy, and team spirit • Interpersonal skills and ability to operate in multidisciplinary environments \#LI-Hybrid
