Your tasks

• Execution and responsibility for the integration measures of the AI offices (integration measures, professional measures, job coaching)
• Case management and organization of professional integration
• Responsibility for cases and coaching of client·e·s
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialized services (AI, therapists, tutors, relatives and internal specialists)
• Acquisition of new companies / collaboration with existing contacts for internships
• Visits of client·e·s at external workplaces
• Project work and administrative tasks (writing reports)

Your profile

• Studies in psychology, social work or in a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Continuing education in supported employment, job coaching or professional integration
• In-depth knowledge of social insurance (notably AI)
• Experience in working with people with a mental disability
• Taste for a pivot function with contacts with different target groups
• Experience in coaching and pleasure in advising and moderating
• Communication talent with engaging empathy in collaboration with people
• Excellent self-organization skills, great flexibility and pleasure in shaping
