Technical Project Buyer (F/M/X) 100%

Place of work: 2504 Bienne

Your responsibilities

• Lead the purchasing of materials, components, and services necessary for technical projects, with internal teams
• Conduct tenders and market studies, evaluate suppliers (technical, quality, price, deadlines)
• Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions and actively contribute to cost reduction
• Manage orders and contracts, monitor deliveries and guarantee compliance with project deadlines
• Analyze ERP needs, balance stocks and adjust replenishment parameters
• Guarantee with Quality compliance with technical specifications and ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 standards
• Develop sustainable supplier relationships, manage disputes and lead continuous improvement projects

Your profile

• Higher education in purchasing, supply chain, economics or technical, ideally with a specialization in procurement
• 3 to 5 years minimum experience in purchasing, including a significant part in industrial technical projects
• Good understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing constraints and purchased technologies
• Mastery of purchasing techniques (TCO, tenders, negotiation, contracting) and the legal basics of contracts
• Proficient use of SAP and MS Office tools
• Very good command of French and professional English; good knowledge of German is an asset
• You negotiate with firmness and diplomacy and communicate easily with various interlocutors
• Rigorous and analytical, you calmly manage priorities and tight deadlines
• Autonomous and proactive, you enjoy working in project mode and transversally, in compliance with ethics and compliance
