In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically experienced personality, who takes pleasure in developing solutions in collaboration with customers and acting as the privileged contact between the customer, development, construction, production and quality. Technical Sales Manager (M/F) Your mission In this key function, you are the technical sparring partner for our customers and our suppliers and accompany them in the development and implementation of demanding solutions around the mainspring and associated components. You exchange on an equal footing with the development departments, technical offices and the manufacturers of our customers and suppliers, advise them on technical questions and coordinate the collaboration with internal services, from development to series production, including industrialization. Your tasks include in particular: • Technical advice and follow-up of existing customers • Analysis and evaluation of technical problems • Development of solutions in collaboration with customers and internal specialists • Coordination between the customer, the supplier, development, construction, production and quality • Support for development and industrialization projects • Evaluation of the technical feasibility of new requirements and applications • Active participation in the continuous development of products and processes • Development of lasting and trust-based customer relationships Your profile For this demanding function, we are looking for a personality possessing a solid technical understanding of the watch industry and its manufacturing processes, an analytical mind as well as the ability to explain complex subjects in a clear and understandable manner. Ideally, you are between 30 and 45 years old, are comfortable both in technical discussions and in direct exchanges with customers and know how to bring different interests together around solid and viable solutions. You bring: • Training as a watchmaker, watch constructor or comparable technical training in the watch industry, completed by solid knowledge in business management or corresponding continuing education • Experience in development, construction, industrialization or technical project management • French as a native language • Good knowledge of German, an asset • Pleasure in exchanging with customers and technical specialists • Strong capacity for analysis and interdisciplinary thinking • High sense of responsibility and solution orientation What awaits you An extremely responsible, autonomous and demanding activity, within a corporate environment marked by tradition, endowed with an international orientation and anchored in the pragmatic values of the Bernese Seeland.
