To meet its needs, we are actively looking for an Enameller Your mission: Decorate watches and watchmaking pieces following the appropriate technique to obtain the result desired by the graphics and design. Master enameling techniques: monochrome enamel, gradient application, cloisonné enamel as well as grisaille, miniature painting, Geneva Enamels, and Plique à jour. Autonomously ensure the ancillary activities necessary for the proper management of the production activity. Your profile: Training in Enameling, CFC or equivalent. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function. Pronounced artistic sensitivity and appetite for other ART trades. Ease in exchanging on multi-technical ART trade subjects. Ability to transmit one's craft (training and demonstration). Openness to feedback and ability to question oneself. Benevolent and assertive communication. Positive, enthusiastic, and willing attitude. Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to take initiative. Passionate person wanting to invest themselves long-term.
