In the night shift, you will take on a central role in professional care, contribute your knowledge, and work together with your team to ensure safe, appreciative, and individual care for our residents.

• You accompany our residents individually and support them where your professional expertise offers the greatest added value
• You plan, manage, and document the entire care process in a needs-oriented and seamless manner
• You carry out medical measures as well as medication administration professionally and safely
• You accompany and support your team colleagues, especially with technical questions, and ensure coordinated care
• You actively help shape the quality of care, use your specialist knowledge in a targeted way, and contribute ideas to continuously develop our care

What you bring

• Diploma as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Joy in interacting with residents and in a holistic, appreciative care culture
• Responsible, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
• High quality awareness and joy in professional development
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
