In this versatile function, you will take over the strategic and operational management of indirect purchasing and ensure efficient and cost-optimized procurement of services, investment goods, and indirect materials. Head of Indirect Purchasing 100% # Your area of responsibility • Management and further development of the indirect purchasing team (2 employees) • Standardization, automation, and digitization of procurement processes (including SRM tools, catalog-based purchasing) • Management and expansion of supplier catalogs to increase compliance and efficiency as well as reduce Maverick Buying • Optimization of Procure-to-Pay processes (P2P) to increase the degree of automation and shorten throughput times • Definition and implementation of suitable procurement strategies and channels (catalogs, framework agreements, spot buying) • Definition of clear procurement guidelines as well as control via KPIs (e.g. catalog coverage, compliance, savings) and ensuring data quality This job is just right for you if you... • have completed a commercial or technical education, ideally with further training in purchasing. • have more than 3 years of experience in indirect purchasing and in-depth ERP knowledge (e.g. IFS / SAP). • think analytically, are negotiation-secure and act entrepreneurially, communicate clearly and convincingly, and can assert yourself. • actively question existing processes and continuously improve them. • have very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2).
