The Primar- und Tageschule Ziegelried is a family-like, mixed-age Gesamtschule with currently 19 students from grades 1-6. The school building is an external location of Schule Schüpfen. Our instruction is based on a weekly structure with building blocks. These are course, Lerngestell, theme/project, and free activity. As a further element to accompany the students on their learning path, we use learning coaching conversations. The Schule Ziegelried relies on this proven instructional concept and constantly develops it further using inclusive pedagogy. In doing so, the heterogeneity and diversity of the students are seen as an opportunity and used for learning. In addition to individual support for the students, the promotion of the community is a central concern for us. In the Tagesschule, the children are supervised by the teachers.

Tasks ###

One of our two class teachers is expecting a child and therefore we are looking for a substitute from January until the summer holidays. You will teach as a teacher at our Gesamtschule, lead the middle school (4.-6. grade), supervise the Tagesschule, and work closely in a team (teachers and special education teachers).

Requirements ###

You enjoy pedagogical work in an inclusive, rural village school. You are interested in accompanying children and show understanding for their individual needs. You build an appreciative relationship with the students. You maintain close cooperation in the team. You teach competently and with much enthusiasm. You maintain a trust-promoting exchange with the parents. You have the corresponding education for the primary level.
