As part of the company's sustainable growth, we are looking for an experienced personality with pronounced leadership qualities and entrepreneurial thinking as Project Manager: Construction Management (80–100%) Your area of responsibility In this key position, you will take over the overall responsibility for the realization of demanding residential and commercial construction projects and accompany them from the legally binding building permit to the commissioning (SIA phases 4.1 to 5.3). You will be responsible for costs, deadlines, and quality and ensure economic project success through forward-looking opportunity and risk management. With your technical expertise and entrepreneurial thinking, you will continuously develop the project business, optimize processes, and make a significant contribution to the company's sustainable development. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams, coordinate external planners, contractors, specialists, and authorities, and ensure efficient and goal-oriented cooperation among all parties involved. As a central point of contact, you will advise and accompany clients throughout the entire project duration and represent their interests with professionalism, persuasive power, and negotiating skills. In addition, you will ensure high quality in the areas of tendering, awarding, contract management, invoice verification, and change management. You will create project and monthly closures, monitor project progress, and make a significant contribution to the sustainable success of your projects. Your personality You have completed training as a technician HF in construction or have a comparable qualification and ideally have five to ten years of experience as a project manager in construction. You have a proven track record in the realization of demanding residential and commercial buildings. Experience in the construction of hotel facilities or care homes is an advantage. You have successfully led interdisciplinary project teams and know how to coordinate and motivate different stakeholder groups in a targeted manner. You take on responsibility, work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even in demanding projects. You are characterized by high initiative, pronounced negotiating skills, and a high level of cost and quality awareness. Your open and direct communication enables you to interact sovereignly with clients, authorities, planners, and contractors. Your profile is rounded off by a high IT affinity and in-depth user knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Project, and ideally Messerli.
