Production/Logistics Employee

We are a small, young independent company with a clear strategic orientation, as well as a strong focus on customer orientation and quality. As one of the market leaders, we develop high-quality dental implants made of zirconium dioxide and distribute them via an international network worldwide. Your tasks Production area: • Participation in the manufacture of high-quality dental implants • Operation and monitoring of specialized production equipment (incl. laser machines) • Execution of visual and dimensional controls according to quality standards (ISO 13485, MDR) • Documentation of production steps in the ERP system Logistics area and warehouse management: • Goods receipt and dispatch incl. inspection, booking and professional storage • Participation in warehouse management and ensuring proper warehouse management • Maintenance and control of stock levels and goods movements in the ERP system • Picking and packaging of medical products in compliance with hygiene requirements • Production supply and execution of internal material transports • Execution of inventories and regular stock controls • Shipment preparation and processing Our requirements • Experience in production, logistics or warehouse management, ideally in medical technology, precision mechanics or a GMP-regulated environment • Technical understanding and willingness to operate machines (laser technology an advantage) • Knowledge in handling ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Navision) • Structured, quality-conscious and very precise way of working • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills an advantage • Proficient use of MS Office • Reliability, teamwork and initiative Are you flexible and motivated to take on this new challenge?
