Payerne | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Plan and manage the junior management as well as the training services of the militia officers of Fliegerbrigade 31 (Fl Br 31) and its five subordinate airfield commands and the Fliegerschule 81 • Coordinate the personnel readiness of the operational detachments and manage it in the area of personnel administration • Represent the Personnel area of the unit of Fl Br 31 at the militia mutation and qualification reports and act as a contact person between the unit, administration, Luftwaffe, Army Personnel, as well as the cantonal military authorities • Ensure compliance with legal foundations in the area of unit personnel • Independently perform tasks in the area of leadership service of Fl Br 31 (reporting, minutes and task lists, triage, etc.) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commercial vocational qualification or higher vocational education with several years of experience or equivalent training • Officer or higher non-commissioned officer with experience in the administrative management of militia personnel desired • Very good knowledge of the military personnel and control systems of the army as well as the corresponding systems such as PISA / MIL Office / MS Office • Good knowledge of the processes and interfaces in the area of militia personnel desired • Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a nutshell Fliegerbrigade 31, with its five subordinate airfield, 14 unit, and three training/school commands, actively shapes the future by integrating new operational equipment that sustainably strengthens its operational capabilities.
