As a janitor, you will look after several buildings of our customers and their users in a small team. You are an important contact person on site and actively ensure that buildings, facilities, and infrastructure function reliably and smoothly. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Execution of minor repair, maintenance, and restoration work
• Small gardening tasks, surroundings maintenance, as well as ensuring proper disposal and site management
• Support during moves, furniture shifts, seating arrangements, and projects
• Carrying out technical inspections as well as detection, rectification, or coordination of malfunctions and defects
• Supervision and coordination of external service providers and craftsmen
• Contact person for customers and users on site
• Deputy for team members

In addition, you bring the following requirements:

• Basic manual vocational training, specialist in facility management (Fachmann/frau Betriebsunterhalt) is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in facility management is an advantage
• Solid basic knowledge of the various areas of building technology
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German skills
• Driver's license Cat. B (mandatory)
• High customer and solution orientation
• Reliability, resilience, and flexibility
• Communicative personality and well-groomed appearance
