This allows you to tap into your full potential and experience yourself as an important part of our large community. • Service Staff (m/f) in Restaurant Brunnen (40 – 60%) Restaurant Brunnen is the meeting place between the Schlossgarten Riggisberg and the public. The beautiful garden terrace and the restaurant invite you to linger. Between 60 and 90 lunches are served here daily. The position is to be filled as of 1. October 2026 or by arrangement. This is your task: You independently manage your own service station including payment collection and support the team. With your friendly and attentive manner, you advise and serve our guests competently. In addition, you accompany and support our employed residents in their daily service work. Compliance with our quality and hygiene standards is a matter of course for you. You complete smaller administrative tasks efficiently and carefully. To ensure our guests are well cared for on weekends as well, you work regularly on Saturdays and Sundays. In return, you enjoy every second weekend off. Your working days usually end between 16.00 and 18.00. During events, occasional longer shifts may occur. You enjoy working independently and bring experience in the hospitality industry and/or sales. A respectful, appreciative, and sensitive interaction with people with mental and/or intellectual impairments is a matter of course for you.
