Junior Operations Manager Tax Reporting & Tax Reclaim

What to expect from us

• You are responsible for the preparation of tax statements and other tax-relevant documents as well as the delivery of various taxes (turnover tax, US tax and others)
• You process withholding tax reclaim requests for various customer segments
• You answer customer inquiries regarding tax topics, track regulatory changes, and derive necessary measures from them
• You support further tasks in securities administration, especially in depot reconciliation.
• You take responsibility for high service quality and ensure timely and error-free processing of our processes.
• You actively help to further develop and optimize our processes in the area of Tax Reporting and withholding tax reclaims.
• You participate in exciting projects and support the digitalization and automation of our workflows.

What you bring with you

• You have successfully completed your basic commercial training and ideally have gained initial professional experience in the back office of a bank or a financial institution.
• You are interested in securities and tax topics and ideally have already had initial contact with taxes in the securities environment.
• You work in a structured, process-oriented, and expeditious manner.
• You are well organized, set priorities correctly, and feel comfortable in a service-oriented and dynamic environment.
• You think ahead, take responsibility, and contribute your own ideas.
• You are a team player and ready to go the extra mile.
