You will ensure the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of CNC machining centers directly at customer sites. In a highly autonomous environment, you will act as a local technical expert while supporting users in the field.

After-Sales Service Technician (M/F)

Missions

• Install and commission CNC machining centers at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and curative maintenance interventions.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automated failures.
• Carry out repairs and restoration of equipment.
• Participate in modernization and machine improvement work.
• Train and advise users on best operating practices.
• Ensure technical follow-up and document the interventions carried out.
• Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction through reactive and professional assistance.

Candidate Profile

• Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics, automation, or equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in the CNC environment.
• Solid knowledge in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of machine tools.
• Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrotechnics.
• Ability to work autonomously in the field.
• Good practical sense and a problem-solving oriented approach.
• Fluent French, with a good foundation in English.
• Availability for business travel and occasional overnight stays.
