We, MediPersonal, are looking for trained Healthcare Specialists EFZ (FaGe) for our customers for a permanent position in the night shift in Basel.

Your tasks:

• Care and support of residents during the night shift
• Support of residents in managing daily life during the night
• Implementation of nursing measures according to individual care plans
• Professional documentation of nursing measures
• Active cooperation in the nursing team and participation in handovers

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (or equivalently recognized qualification)
• Experience in the care of residents in long-term care or acute care
• Willingness to work exclusively in the night shift
• High social competence, empathy, and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility, resilience, and enjoyment of working in a team
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
