Equipment Acquisition Buyer (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Purchasing Sector, we are looking for an Equipment Acquisition Buyer (M/F) whose main mission will be to manage the acquisition of high-performance production means and to participate in the management of the supplier panel dedicated to industrial equipment.

Responsibilities ##

• Manage industrial equipment acquisition projects, from identification of the need to the implementation of contracts
• Ensure the management, animation, and development of the supplier panel
• Support internal clients with an approach oriented towards consulting, service quality, and value creation
• Identify the best supplier solutions in consistency with technical, qualitative, economic, and scheduling requirements
• Conduct calls for tenders, analyze proposals, and lead commercial and contractual negotiations
• Develop long-term and demanding relationships with strategic suppliers
• Guarantee the performance of the panel with regard to cost, quality, delay, innovation, reliability, and sustainability criteria
• Contribute to the purchasing strategy of your category in a logic of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Work in close collaboration with technical, industrial, and project teams, in a spirit of partnership and service

Profile ##

• Higher technical education, ideally supplemented by a specialization in Purchasing
• Proven experience in the procurement of industrial equipment
• Mastery of issues related to production means, ideally in the fields of machining and maintenance
• Proven experience in managing a supplier panel and in conducting negotiations with a strong technical and commercial dimension
• Knowledge of the watchmaking sector, which constitutes an appreciated asset
• Strong interpersonal skills with the internal client, a true culture of service, and an excellent level of demand
• Ability to evolve in environments where precision, reactivity, and quality of execution are essential
• Rigor, autonomy, analytical spirit, and ease in cross-functional relations
• Languages: fluent French, professional English, German an asset
