Social Worker (60 %)

Dietlikon is a growing municipality in the heart of the region -glow- the Glattal- with over 8000 inhabitants. The proximity to Zürich, an excellent infrastructure, very good public transport connections, as well as the nearby motorway connection make Dietlikon an attractive place to live and work. The Social unit is responsible for statutory economic assistance within the municipal administration. To complement our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Social Worker (60 %) ## Your tasks •  personal and economic assistance according to the Social Assistance Act, SKOS guidelines and internal specifications • supporting clients in enforcing their claims • maintaining client dossiers and accounts (administrative) with KLIBnet • interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies • active participation in the further development of the Social unit • taking over the deputy role for the Head of Social Services (if suitable) Your profile • Degree in Social Work (FH level) or equivalent training (e.g. social insurance specialist) • Experience in economic social assistance is a prerequisite • good communication skills as well as respectful and professional interaction with people in difficult life situations • resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with high social competence • very good German skills • sound IT skills (MS Office, specialist software KLIBnet an advantage) We offer • an exciting, responsible and varied activity in a collegial and humorous team • a caseload that allows for high-quality work • support for initial and further training • modern employment conditions (at least 5 weeks vacation, flexible working hours) • good social benefits (e.g. BVK) Interested?
