As Head of Marketing, you report directly to our CEO and have the opportunity to leave your footprint across the entire marketing keyboard with your 5-member team.

The following activities are part of your core tasks:

• You develop and conceptualize the marketing and communication strategy (incl. product marketing) in close cooperation with Sales, Product Management, and Executive Management
• You bear the main responsibility for the modernization of the marketing appearance - both nationally (Switzerland) and internationally
• You are responsible on a strategic and operational level for all marketing campaigns (including the classic areas of brochures, print media, trade fairs, but also digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, e-mail marketing, SEO/SEM, event management)
• You bear the main responsibility for the modernization of the e-commerce landscape (website and webshop) as well as peripheral systems (PIM, DAM, etc.)
• You implement new marketing tools and further develop existing tools to acquire new customers and maintain existing customers
• Metric-based monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of marketing initiatives
• You are responsible for the creation and administration of the marketing budget
• You recognize trends within the industry, technological developments, and best-practice approaches in digital marketing

Your profile:

• Completed studies with a focus on marketing or a comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the field of capital goods (B2B), including at least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar function
• Experience in leading a rebranding project as well as e-commerce projects

Very good knowledge in the areas of marketing strategy, operational marketing, market analysis, and segmentation

• Excellent knowledge in dealing with modern IT and communication tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• German as a native language and business fluent English skills
