Your tasks – responsibility with heart and competence

• Individual care and support of patients taking into account the latest nursing and medical findings
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process in close coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Professional guidance and support of assistant and auxiliary staff as well as students and trainees
• Advice and support of relatives to actively involve them in the nursing process
• Ensuring quality standards and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Documentation and reporting on nursing progress and medical measures

Your profile – professional competence meets passion

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Professional experience in acute care, long-term care or a specialized field is an advantage
• High social competence and empathy, paired with a strong service orientation
• Teamwork skills and interdisciplinary thinking to ensure optimal cooperation with doctors and other specialized departments
• Flexibility and resilience to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
• Willingness for professional development through further and advanced training
