Missions Ensure the technical and operational management of infrastructures and equipment. Define and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Lead renovation, transformation, and improvement projects for the infrastructures. Guarantee compliance with safety standards, as well as regulatory and environmental requirements. Supervise and coordinate external service providers as well as internal technical teams. Develop, manage, and monitor operating and investment budgets. Implement performance indicators and ensure regular reporting to management. Identify technical risks and propose suitable solutions. Participate in the definition of the organization's asset and technical strategy. Supervise and support teams in their development. Candidate Profile Higher technical education (Engineer, HES, ES or equivalent). Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the technical management of buildings, infrastructures, or complex installations. Confirmed experience in the management of technical teams. Excellent knowledge of the fields of maintenance, operation, and project management. Good mastery of current regulations related to buildings and infrastructures. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and to interact with various stakeholders. Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation.
