For our Lausanne office, we are looking for an experienced personality for the position of Consultant·e Executive Search – Business Development.

After an integration period, you will join our team of consultants in Lausanne. You will secure demanding mandates and manage the recruitment processes entrusted to you. You will convince potential clients through your personality, embodying our requirement for quality and relying on our modern recruitment methods. Collaboration with our company Corporate Management Selection AG also allows you to mobilize contacts beyond technical professions.

Your missions

• Acquire recruitment mandates requiring in-depth consulting
• Execute demanding recruitment processes (managers, executives and specialists)
• Contribute to the development of our organization and our areas of activity
• Develop your own professional network
• Represent our company within associations and economic organizations

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a senior executive in Suisse romande
• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Interpersonal skills, dynamism and ability to concretize projects
• Sense of service and team spirit
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and reliability
• Mastery of French and fluency in German or English
