The company realizes demanding projects in the areas of structural waterproofing, groundwater waterproofing, white tanks, joint waterproofing, and concrete repair. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a motivated personality who takes responsibility and wants to develop long-term in this exciting specialized field. Your tasks After thorough and practical training, you will step by step take responsibility for your own construction projects. Your tasks include: Independent construction management and coordination of construction projects after training Work preparation and schedule planning Organization and monitoring of execution on construction sites Advising clients, architects, engineers, and companies Development of technical solutions Preparation of offers and supplements Measurement and project settlement Schedule, quality, and cost control Participation in construction meetings and close cooperation with all project participants Your profile You have a technical construction education and bring experience in construction management, project management, or site management. Ideally, you are: Construction Manager Site Manager Technician HF structural engineering or civil engineering Civil Engineer FH or have a comparable education in the construction industry. You also bring: Experience in structural engineering, civil engineering, or concrete construction Organizational talent and sense of responsibility Independent and structured way of working Enjoyment of customer contact Strong communication skills and team spirit Driver's license category B Experience in the field of structural waterproofing or building protection is an advantage, but not a requirement.
