Production Manager Ramp-up & Long-term Project (m/f/d) 100% Tasks Management and stabilization of production as part of a long-term ramp-up project Building a robust, stable and scalable production organization Leading the production, logistics, finishing as well as final inspection teams with around 30 employees Implementation of the specified expansion and production steps Avoiding overload of the organization despite growing quantities Building stable quality processes from goods receipt to final inspection Introduction and enforcement of clear standards (SOPs) as well as building repeatable and resilient processes Close cooperation with technology for sustainable problem solving Qualification Technical training or degree (production, mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable) Several years of experience in industrial production as well as in ramp-up and production setup, Ability to build processes in a robust and reproducible manner, to stabilize them and implement specified structures Structured, disciplined way of working with high and consistent implementation strength Leadership quality with a hands-on mentality Are you interested in playing a decisive role in building a robust, stable and scalable production organization in a modern, technical environment?
